Still, I always like to say that the perfect tool doesn’t exist. Chatbots also have their advantages and disadvantages. That is the reason why I want to analyze them carefully and explain to you how this innovative tool could help you.

Many customers will get upset because of that and there is a big chance you will lose some of your clients.

Installation Costs

This sort of program is definitely something valuable on the market. That is the reason why you should be ready to spend some money on the installation. However, do not worry; it worth every penny that you spend.  

Bad Memory

The program is still not capable to remember the conversation he had with customers. Users will have to write the same things over and over again if they want to find out something else. Still, I hope that programmers are going to change and improve this small “issue”.
